Sean has many years of experience in mortgage, finance and entrepreneurial companies. He worked for Fannie Mae for over 7 years and was President of Loan Processing Technologies Inc.—a company specializing in outsourced services for financing companies. He has a degree in Business with concentration in Finance from Georgetown University and has been a senior executive at multiple technology companies.

Eric has been working most of his life in the construction and finance worlds. He has been involved as a principle builder for single-family homes and understands the construction process. At the same time, he has significant experience funding construction projects. He has a degree from Virginia Tech, with majors in economics and accounting.
